The project starts from the intersection of Huangshan Road and Xiaojiajiang Road in the west and reaches the intersection of Huangshan Road and Fuchunjiang Road in the east, with 1 tunnel (about 1.7 km long), 6 small and medium Bridges and 4 box culverts. This project is the main channel connecting binjiang New Town area and beilun main city.
The project has been under construction for 35 months since July 2019. "The original ground elevation of the project varies greatly and the geological conditions are complicated.
